Puding Soya bersama Markisa dan Buah Naga


Assalammualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera...

Minggu lepas saya beli buah markisa, biasanya agak masam tapi kali ini manis pulak. Dah la beli sampai 7 biji, kalau masam entah apa nak buat.... Tapi sebab manis, sedap makan begitu saja. Buah naga memang kerap ada di dapur saya sebab saya suka makan, jadi semalam terfikir nak buat something untuk habiskan stok buah markisa dan buah naga.

Puding Soya tu saya cuma beli air soya dan panaskan bersama dengan serbuk agar agar. Saya gunakan serbuk agar agar brand Swallow, jadi boleh ikut arahan di belakang paket. So kalau nak puding sedikit lembut, kurangkan kuantiti serbuk agar agar.
