Saya biasanya buat frosting memang tak taruk gula... kalau guna cooking chocolate tu just double boil heavy atau thickened cream and chocolate saja... nisbah dia, sama berat.. kalau cooking cream 100gm : chocolate pun 100 gm, taruk sikit butter untuk kilatkan frosting.
