Macaroni Gratin


Malam ni my husband balik lambat sebab nak jumpa kawan kawannya especially yg saorang tu baru balik buat Umrah. Lepas tu nak bincang dengannya pasal nak jual rumah kami yang kat Klang tu. Sekarang ni ada orang sewa, tapi biasalah kadang kala lambat dan my husband pun malas nak fikir fikir pasal rumah tu. Kebetulan org yg menyewa tu berminat nak beli, so lega la sikit. Tapi ada masalah nak buat loan dengan bank, jadi my husband nak bincang dengan kawannya yang kerja kat Maybank tu. Hopefully boleh lepas buat loan.
Ok berbalik pada menu malam ni, since my husband takde, so saya boleh masak apa apa yang ikut tekak dan kerajinan saya je lah. Malam ni kita makan Macaroni Gratin.

Rsepi saya ambil dari internet kalau tak silap dari "JAPANESE COOKING STYLE", cuma saya tukar beberapa bahan bergantung apa yg ada kat dapur saya.


Baru keluar dari Microwave Oven

Ingredients:

200g minced meat

1/2 onion

3 stalks of shitake mushroom

150g macaroni

1 tbsp butter

40g grated cheese

salt and pepper

40g butter

40g flour

800cc milk

salt and pepper

Direction:

1. Preheat the oven to 200℃,coat the butter a casserole dish.

2. Bring to the boil salted water in a large pot, add the macaroni and boil for 8-9 minute or until al dante, and drain.

3. Cut the onion and shitake mushroom into the thinly slice.

4. Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the minced meat, onion and macaroni and stir- fry and add the salt and pepper. When it cooked transfer it to casserole dish.

5. Make to white sauce; Melt butter in small sauce pan over a medium heat, add the flour and milk, stirring until thickens, stir in salt and pepper.

6. Pour over the sauce to on macaroni, and sprinkle the grated cheese on top, then bake in preheat oven for about 15min
