Pistachio Panna Cotta With Choc Sauce


Saya kan ratu desert! So mana boleh tak buat desert seperti selalu. Desert kali ni ialah Pistachio Panna Cotta with Choc Sauce. Saya akan bagi original resepi tapi kalau nak buat next time kena kurangkan whipping cream, because it is too creamy for me.

Pistachio Panna Cotta With Choc Sauce
Prep : 25 min.   Chill : 6 to 24 hours

1 cup pistachio, toasted
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
Choc Sauce
Toasted pistachio for decoration (optional)

Method

1. Place pistachio in food processor and process until finely ground into smooth paste. Set aside.
2. In medium saucepan, stir together the sugar and gelatine. Add the whipping cream. Heat until gelatin is dissolved.
3. Remove from heat , stir in milk, salt and the pistachio paste. Mixed until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into 4 individual pudding moulds, cover and chill until set.
