Akhirnya...... setelah ramai yang telah mencubanya, giliran saya pulak. Masih suam suam lagi lagi congo bars ni. Saya ambik resepi dari dapur Kak Nor. Bila dah baca komen kawan kawan lain, saya kurangkan gula lagi. Inipun saya dah rasa agak manis. Tapi congo bars saya agak tebal sebab loyang pembakar saya kecil. Bahan bahan
315gms all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
150gms butter, softened
230gms light brown sugar ( Actual 420 gms, I guessed)
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
250gms chocolate chips
250gms chopped walnut
Methods:-
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each addition.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Stir in chips and then walnuts

Coat a 13 X 9 pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish.
Bake at 170C for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake!

k.nor buat aritu guna 275gm pun dh manis sgt2, hazila buat 230gm pun manis gak ya.. nanti k.nor nk try dgn 200gm jer la lps nih..
