Memandangkan masih banyak lagi bunga kekwa yang saya beli tempohari, jadi hari ni saya buat Chrysanthemum Jelly sebagai dessert.
Ingredients
20 gms dried chrysanthemum flower
500 ml water
1 packet pre sweetened konyaku jelly
Method
1. Bring water to boil and add dried chrysanthemum flower. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
2. Off the flame and sieve the flower from the tea. Put the chrysanthemum tea back into pot.
3. Put the konyaku jelly into the pot and stir until dissolved.
4. Pour the liquid into jelly moulds and let them cool till set.

tak pernah beli crysanthemum kering ni... kalau masuk dlm jelly gini boleh dimakan sama bunga tu yer? maaf tanya soklan bodo sikit.. hehe...
