Steamed Chicken With Wolfberries

Malam ni saya masak Steam Chicken With Wolf berries. Resepi dari buku masakan tapi saya tambah cendawan sebab masih ada balance lepas buat wonton hari tu. Dah 3 malam tak makan nasi, malam ni ni teringin nak makan nasi tapi buat lauk kukus je.
Ingredients
3 chicken thights
2 tbsps oil
2 pring onions, cut into 4 cm lenght
4 slices ginger, cut into strips
2 red chillies, sliced
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 stalks shitake mushroom, sliced
1 tbsps wolf berries or kei chee, soaked

SEASONING
4 tbsps light soya sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tbsps sesame oil

Method
1. Cut chicken tights into 4cm pieces. Put chickens thighs in serving plate, add in wolf berries. Steam until chicken cooked or about 20 minutes.
Take out from steamer and set aside.
2. Heat oil in the wok over medium fire, stir fry remaining ingredients, add seasoning and mix well.
3. Pour stir fried ingredients over. Serve immediately.


**** Wolf berries atau Kei Chee boleh didapati di kedai herba cina atau di sesetengah pasaraya di bahagian barangan kering dan dipacket. Di Shah Alam, ada di Pasaraya My Mydin Bukit Jelutong.
