Choc Moist Cake with Choc Sauce


Dah lama tak buat choc cake. Hari ni terlebih rajin sikit, jadi prepare semua bahan untuk membaking. Tapi terlupa yang oven saya tengah mogok. Bila my husband balik, minta dia tengokkan apa yg tak kena dengan oven tu. Masalahnya bila on oven, automatic ada trip kat main switch. Macam blackout la pulak.

Since tak pasti kat mana yg silap, saya kena tukar cara dari membakar kepada mengukus. Alhamdulillah, menjadi jugak. Mula mula nak buat choc ganache tapi tercair pulak so jadilah choc sauce. Bolehlah tu labi...



Bahan Bahan

170 gms butter
270 gms fine granulated sugar
3 nos eggs
270 ml cold water/fresh milk
440 gms self raising flour
180 gms cocoa powder

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Add eggs one at a time and cream until well combined.
3. Slowly add in flour alternately with milk until well combined.
4. Pour mixture into greased and lightly floured 20 mm round baking pan.
5. Steam for 50 mins or until cooked.

kita pun pernah buat ganache tercair, tension je, nak tambah coklat tapi cooking choc dah abis... meleleehhh
