Ohhh...I love chicken curry especially kalau guna ayam kampung. Disini takda ayam kampung but the closest is free range ayam - ayam yang tak di tambat dalam reban.
BTW thanks you so much for the crab recipe. Can't wait for the weekend to try (if I can find fresh carabs)
And your english is great! Lain kali kalau mau, Zila boleh tulis dalam bahasa melayu...Vin faham tapi cakap dan tulis yang kekok sedikit. Apa nak buat, dah lama tak practice :)
Ok Vin. By the way, kat sini ayam kampung still mahal compared to normal chicken. Last time I bought at RM 11/kg. Furthermore the chicken is sooo kurus.
Dinner malam ni masak kari ayam kampung. Lagipun dalam kepala ada plan nak gandingkan dengan kari ayam tu. Tapi tengok dulu tahap kerajinan yang ada.
